Reset password
Step 1
Reset your password by tapping Sign in and then tap Forgot your
password at the bottom of your login screen.
Step 2
Fill in your username, i.e. your company email address, and tap Reset password to receive a link to your connected email. The link is valid for two hours and is not reusable.
Step 3
Click on the link that you have received to your email inbox. Fill in your username/email address as well as your preferred password and click save.
The password needs to:
be minimum eight characters long
contain a minimum of one upper-case letter
contain a minimum of one numeric character
Change password
Step 1
When logged in, tap the settings icon at the top right corner.
Step 2
Tap your name/username.
Step 3
Under Change Password, enter the password you
want to change to and press Save password.
