The way to reset your password is by clicking Forgot your password on your Kwick app login screen.
You should then enter your username/email address and get an email with a link to reset the password. This link points you to a form where a new valid password is entered. Please note: The link is only valid for 2 hours after email has been generated, which means that a new link needs to be requested if you did not have the time to reset the password at the first time.
Detailed instructions for how to reset or change your password can be found at http://help.kwick.io/english/reset-or-change-my-password.
💡TIP: Make sure you enter the email address used in the Kwick registration.
I do not receive a link to reset the password to my email
If no reset email is delivered to your email it is most likely due to one of two reasons:
The email address you entered when requesting a password reset is not the same as the one used for registration. Please check the address and domain, for example if it should be .com at the end of the email address or .se.
The reset password email has ended up in your spam filter. Check your junk mail, recycle bin and email client settings.
I have received a link but it doesn't work
If you have received a password reset link but you get an error message when you try to use it, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
The link is too old, it is only active for 2 hours. Request a new link and use it immediately.
The link has already been used to reset your password. The link can only be used once. Request a new link.
If you did not click on the link but instead copied and pasted it into the web browser, it may be that the link is not copied correctly (e.g. that part of the link is missing). Do not copy the link, click on it instead.
