If there is an expense listed in the Todo tab you need to:

  1. Select the expense and see what is missing. What is missing depends on your company settings, it can for instance be a description or an account that needs to be set. 
  2. Complete the expense, entering a value for any red field. (in example below, the account needs to be selected)

   3. Once you have completed any red fields for your Todo, the transaction should be     green.
