My receipt is not matched with my card transaction

How to match your receipt automatically with your card transaction.

If you take a photo of a receipt and enter amount and date, your receipt is matched automatically with the card transaction once it is cleared from your card issuer.

When adding a photo receipt, you need to enter correct amount and date for the purchase.

1. Make sure that the amount and date are correct (example below shows a mis-match for the date while the amount is correct).

2. If you update to correct date and amount, the transaction is automatically matched (see below).

With correct date and amount you should have a match!
